Mix 1–2 teaspoons with rosewater, raw milk, sesame oil, or water to form a smooth paste. Apply evenly on face and body. Leave for 5–10 minutes. Gently scrub in circular motions and rinse with lukewarm water. Use daily or 3–4 times a week for best results.
